Great Cat Of Ra

Great Cat of Ra (Ray) is a small golden cat. He was named for an Egyptian cat in the Elizabeth Peters' mystery book series about Amelia Peabody, amateur Egyptologist. This little guy has a big heart in that beautiful little striped body. Great Cat is very affectionate, empathetic and intelligent. He is a cat who seeks those who need reassurance and gives his love. Great Cat is very social and would have his own Facebook page if he could type.

Like a little golden pearl, he rests in a giant clam shell and dreams of being a catfish. Or maybe that is dreaming of eating a catfish?

Maybe I shouldn't let him watch those late night reruns of "Sea Hunt!" Good thing he has never seen "20 Thousand Leagues Under The Sea!"

He is also known as "Little Guy." He likes to snuggle up and be carried. He will run along beside you if you don't pick him up. He truly is a Great Cat!
