This special colt was born late in the afternoon.  Sharifa shared her newborn with special farm visitors from Alabama.  They arrived in time to witness the birth and watch the imprinting process.  

This adds another to our farm foaling history of 16 out of the last 21 day time foalings. (The count includes the 2005 foals that followed)

  

 
Brenda gets a  kiss on the nose... She didn't ask for seconds!

 

 

I made browbands for our foal halters so the poll strap does not slide down the neck and become dangerous for the foal if it should pull on the halter.
